Is there a way to select which appliances are synchronized through Matter in ihost?
Hey
Thx for the advice.
It is not supported yet, but we will note your feedback for evaluation.
Can I use Matter to make local (on iHost) manual scenes being visible for Alexa?
Not directly. But you can show a virtual appliance that, once activated.by Alexa, will start your local scene.
PS: To create a virtual appliance you should use Node Red
Thanks for answer.
Node Red sounds bit complicated.

Hey, this is actually limited by Matter spec itself.
When I add an iHost to Matter in eWeLink Cloud, devices that are already synced through the Docker eWeLink Smart Home are automatically added. This is incorrect and unnecessary. It would be great if we could select which devices we want to send through Matter. Also, devices that are added in this way to the eWeLink Cloud cannot be deleted without contacting customer support.
Thank you.
i think there is option already to unsync the device that you dont want to appear , check please the screenshot below
I know about that. It works great. The problem is that I need most of the devices from the cloud to be synced to iHost, but I don’t want to send them back to the cloud. I need the devices from the cloud for local scenes. It would be great if I could choose which devices I want to send over Matter. In my case, those would be only Zigbee and eWeLink remote devices.
