No, I’m not talking about creating a new group. I’m talking about a “group” that contains devices that have never been assigned to a group. For example, a tablet with CAST installed has an “Unassigned” sign or another device immediately after it is registered to eWeLink. I want to be able to unassign the device.
The problem is solved. I solved it this way: I created a room, moved the necessary devices there, deleted the room - the devices lost their assignment. I achieved what I wanted.
The energy data is stored on the device itself, not on the server. The server just checks the device regularly and saves the numbers it gets.
If the device goes offline, it still keeps counting energy locally, but the server can’t see it at that time. So on the dashboard, you won’t see the consumption during the offline period.
Once the device comes back online, the server can read the missing data from the device and fill in the gap.
Probably my lack of English leads to misunderstanding. The first picture - the device data is included in the monthly statistics. The second picture - what I’m asking is, is it possible to somehow show the consumption data of the turned off device, if it is already present in the statistics?
Hi, thanks a lot for your clarification.
Let’s say the device went offline on August 21 and hasn’t come back online since. In that case, the trend curve after August 21 will no longer include the consumption data from this device.
Do you mean you would like the chart to show the exact data source for each day? For example:
- On Aug 13: Device A = 5.21 kWh, Device B = 1.31 kWh
- On Aug 22 (after Device A went offline): Device A = Nah kWh(Or offline), Device B = 2.31 kWh
Is this what you’re expecting?
I want to activate a button on a turned off device (highlighted with a red square). I think that the data for a certain period is present on the server, because in other windows it is taken into account (I gave a photo earlier).

Could You please make some change on eWeLink web in temperature sensors tab?
I have two SNZB 02D sensors in different locations and it shows me min and max temperature combined with those locations instead od separate indications…
In my opinion the number of readings should depend on the number of sensors and not mixed up with each other… at the moment reading are confusing and unclear.
Got it, thanks for the feedback. We’ll see how we can optimize it.
One more sugestion regarding next eWeLink web update…
It would be great to be able to disable the annoying pop-up window or maybe it`s time to disable this window for good…
It pops up every time I log in…
I tried “x” , “maybe later” and even “try now” (although I`m not interested)… nothing works…
The pop-up window appears when you log in to your account for the first time using a browser. Do you clear your cache every time you leave your browser? Or using sort of an incognito window?
Yes. I`m using private mode (incognito window) and this popup window drives me crazy…
Thanks for the clarification. I have passed the request(add a disable button) to the team for further evaluation.
They use cookies. If you don’t allow cookies, you’ll see these kinds of things every time you log in.
you’re right I only saw it once on each device
Maybe this is a good time and signal to make some changes…
Not everyone accept cookies and use all the time the same web browser… ![]()
Maybe those windows should pop up for some period of time (for example 2 weeks) and then be automatically deactivated …
Imagine that with the next update there will be another new feature and another pop-up window
Never-ending story ![]()

It`s nothing new any more and I still have this anoying pop-up window each time I login…
Yes - I disagree cookies, I use different web browser and I use private mode in web browser
Thank You for Your time and understanding…
Hello,
I'm using the plugin with zbmini and a diode on the pilot wire. As a result, my on/off commands are reversed. To overcome this problem, I configured my radiators as air conditioners. Would it be possible to add an on/off reversal option?
Thanks.
Bonjour,
J’utilise le plugin avec zbmini et une diode sur le fil pilote. Par conséquent mes ordres on/off son inversé, pour palier au problème j,ai configurer mes radiateurs en climatiseur. Serait il possible de mettre une option d’inversion on/off ?

As an action member, I can only select one device. Was it possible to select multiple devices? For example, two space heaters, each connected via its own smart socket?
Dear Teki, I submitted a support request through the mobile app a month ago to change my plan to Prime-exclusive.
No one has responded, and I can’t switch.
Can you help me?
