I am very disappointment with the eWeLink web platform, specifically regarding home management.
I purchased the Advanced Plan expecting efficient device management on a computer, but the web app combines all homes, causing confusion, especially with similar room names and simular device names. For example adding a room and it going to the wrong home.
I only got the advance plan for one reason and that is typing on a computer to manage a very large home that I need to program. Its a 141 light circuits, 22 thermostat and many other smart switches, that need naming. Many rooms that need to be created. I added the first room and it added it to the wrong home. I should not be seeing all devices of all homes in one. On the mobile app I can go into one home at a time, but not on the web.
I urge you to address this issue immediately, as it significantly impacts my ability to use the Advanced Plan effectively for a large setup. A fix for this functionality is crucial.
