Today eWeLink Web stopped working in an iframe.
i guess due to ewelink web updated just now V 3.10.0 [2024.11.12]
Do you use the iframe on eWeLink CAST page or somewhere else?
what about removing it and add again?
We just tested WEB in iframe and it should work without issues.
Can you tell us more about your case?
Here’s a tool to test iframe elements
It was a good guess It loads fine right now.
The newly added battery tool needs further development as it seems not handling some devices rightly.
@ward Do R5’s report battery status at all?
Yes, somwhere else. It’s added to my HA dashboard as the sperate instance.
type: iframe

The server does not store the product model for devices added before April 2024, these devices cannot be mapped to the corresponding battery models. The solution is to re-add these devices to eWeLink app. Or check the manual/label and select the battery models manually.
More details about the two features:
Do R5’s report battery status at all?
Confirmed with SONOFF, R5 and S-mate do not report battery status.
So it is as I thought it would be. Fortunately, the batteries in the R5 last a long time. However, to avoid confusion and misunderstanding, I suggest removing the R5 and S-mate from the report view
For these devices that do not have battery data, we originally wanted to display them so that users can manually select the battery model and serve as a memo.
We’ll see what we can do to improve this.
Not everyone will come up with this explanation.
The battery type used in the R5 and S-Mate is, after all, well-known. So why not substitute the value straight away?
“battery model” need to match “device model”, as you can see the “device model” is also “unknown”, these devices don’t report device model and battery info, for now the only info that WEB server can get is - “this device contains battery”
You will remember my words when the confused begin to ask
