eWelink online iHost offline

Seems solved,
Restarted the Ewelink Connect App, locally again
Switched off auto backup!

Hello,
How can a device be online in the app and offline in iHost?
iHost uses the docker eWelink Smarthome to connect!

By the way, more devices seems not under control via the iHost!

I’ve had it too. The S60 was online in ewelink and offline in the host. Only removing it from ewelink and reconnecting helped.

pluggin out and in again is not enough?
(I am not onsite, so difficult)

Most iHost things are wrong now, no temperature updates, no switching, all message ‘failed’

No, it didn’t help to turn on and turn off. Only deleting and reconnecting

Same VLAN and subnet? I think the iHost connects over local network so you could make this happen but by the time you know enough to create VLAN’s you likely know enough to put them one the same VLAN and subnet.

Do you happen to have a complex network setup?

At least please make sure smart home devices are on the same subnet. eWeLink app may just check the online status on the cloud if it’s unreachable via LAN. You can check if there’s a smart icon right along with the device card on eWeLink app.

No, actually it is a very simple system, in which I only use the iHost to avoid miss switching when internet might belost.
All is on the same LAN !

I also see a other missing things on the iHost, such as less or no temparature updates!
