Hello, I did have this problém on my old Huawei P30 Pro and now I do have the same problem on new Honor Magic 7 Pro. All eWeLink notifications are delayed about 5 to 10 minutes. The window or doors are opened and it takes more than 5 minutes to get notification, same for notifications triggered in scenes. I do have all power optimizations for ewelink app turned off.
For example D-Link camera notifications are comming on same phone within seconds.

Actually, I would say it doesn’t matter.
We’ve received similar feedback Pixel users where notifications get delayed after the phone is locked. We’re wondering if your case could be related to the same cause.
I have done test right now:
Phone Honor Magic 7 Pro, latest firmware
eWelink latest version.
When unlocked, eWelink app on screen, notification comes immediately.
When locked, whitin few minutes, notification comes immediately.
When locked longer than few minutes, notification comes delayed.
