Notification door open more than 1 minute

Hello I have created an automation, when the door sensor is open for 1 min send notification to the mobile but it does not arrive.

Does the same thing happen to you?

With the Xiaomi sensor I don’t have this problem, I get the “you’ve left the door behind” warning at the minute.

In ewelink I get the notification when I open and close the door.

But I don’t get the notification when it is still open for 1 minute.

I have set the parameters correctly.

1 door open more than 1min
2 send notification “close the door”.

The automation is simple but it does not run and I have created another one with alarm to the ZBbrige-U and it does not sound either.

It only works if I close or open it but does not run if left open for 1 minute.

I have done this via Smartthings. I created a virtual device and turn it on when the door is opened for more than 10 minutes. Then i created an automation in Google and if the virtual device is on, Google Home tells my family that mosquitoes are going to enter my house if they don’t close the door.

Thanks good idea, in my case I use it all in the same App ewelink as there is that option but does not run I do not know why and I can also send a message to Alexa.

This is the only automation that does not work.

I have many such as closing the blinds when it is hot outside and opening them when the temperature is lower than inside in summer and the other way round in winter.

But this one of the door does not run, I managed to run it but after more than 1 minute but it did not run again, left a screenshot.

By the way I don’t use smarthing.

Hi, eWeLink staff here — we’ve reproduced this and the notification works as expected.
Have you submitted a support ticket via the eWeLink App > Profile > Help & Feedback > Feedback (top right corner)? Device logs may be needed to investigate this further.

From the app there is no option to open a ticket, I did it from the web but they don’t answer.

From the app there are texts with explanations of other things but I have not found the option to contact them, I will try again.
