@yitie

It would be nice in Cast App if we could rodate the screen, choosing the default from landscape or portrait.

Hey Julhio, nice to see you in this discussion.
The current architecture of the CAST is designed for horizontal display, we do have received some similar requests for vertical display recently, noted that and need some time to evaluate with the engineering team, let you know if we have a plan or concern.

Additionally, would you please let me know the model of your tablet?

Hi @yitie.

I liked the Cast App, it looks more interesting than use the IP address, but with only horaizontal is not practical to use on cellphone or even on my tablet.

My tablet is a Samsung Tab S6 Lite.
If they do the portrait display, let me know that I will test it and send you the feedback.

Copy, still evaluating.

BTW, we have release the iPad version of CAST App for Apple users last Friday.

Necessary improvements for app cast. I use a tablet in combination with app ewelink and macroDroid to announce events in ewelink by receiving push notifications. But I encountered the problem of a long delay in receiving notifications in ewelink. I disabled the screen lock on the tablet, granted all possible permissions to ewelink, removed all battery restrictions on the tablet, but this did not help. As soon as the tablet goes into sleep mode, notifications stop coming. I see the only way out. In app cast, which I also use, make the following settings: 1. Be able to independently set the time to turn on the screensaver - 5 minutes is too much. The battery is running low. 2. Be able to install screensavers yourself. I personally need it as dark as possible, for less battery drain, because… It is not possible to keep the tablet constantly connected to the charger. This and that theme that we have now illuminates the room too much and interferes with sleep. This is very important to me!!! Another question. When can we expect the addition of multi-channel zb devices?
And you also need a page refresh button, since device tiles are not always updated - they freeze. And you have to close and re-open the program to refresh the page.

Hi @yitie

Thanks a lot for the release of the iPad version - this is great to have

However, since the latest update I am having issues with 3-channel TX switches.

When setting up CAST on the web interface, all looks good:

However, when using CAST (both on browser as well as iPad app), they are not showing correctly:

Are you aware of this?

hi, in last update V2.5, the UI of multiple-channel switches have been changed.
please try to do make some changes in the CAST settings and save. (go to eWeLink web to do this)

Thanks for the feedback, @Teki

I did make the edits on the web interface. I completely removed the switches, saved my cast, exited edit mode, went back in, and re-added them again.

Unfortunately still the same problem.

Hey Andy, thank you for your feedback. Teki is on the way trying to duplicate the issue and let you know we if we find something.

Thanks @yitie

If you need anything else from me on this, please let me know

Hi Andy,
please modify your CAST on the web3.0
https://web.ewelink.cc/3.0/
save the CAST settings on web 3.0 and it should work.

Thanks @Teki

I had previously only made the changes in web2.0. Doing them in web3.0 solved the problem.

Cool.

Hello, is it possible to add the “Call” - two way audio function to the camera in cast mode?
In this way we can use the camera to make a sort of video intercom.

Thank you for the idea. We will note it down first and evaluate it with the team later.
