Is your current version of iHost still 1.6.3?

What is the error when logging into your ewelink account with iHost 1.6.3?

Please download the system logs of iHost and submit the logs as attachments through the feedback portal of iHost

Hi @robert75barta I was in the same position until Friday. I am new to iHost and my device came with 1.6.3 too more like you experiencing same issues. I did time out error and not able to list any docker images or install what was listed. I did raise ticket and they looked at logs and told me I had time errors.

In the end I installed wireshark on local PC and found my ihost was blocked both way by IPS on my Unifi UDM Router. I have allow this then I was able to link as well update. Now I am on 1.13.2 Also have the option to check for update next the version on iHost settings Page. Hope this helps. Check your Router fire wall rules and if needed add the iHost to allowed list.

Hello. I tried to create a hotspot on my mobile phone, connect a wifi repeater to it and an iHost cable to it, and logging into the eWelink account doesn’t work even with mod data. Nothing should be blocked there.

Yes, the version is still 1.6.3 When I log in, it gives me incorrect login information even though I enter it correctly. I have sent the feedback with the protocol.

Hi @robert75barta I always got this message “Failed to login try again later message” nothing about incorrect password. I did logout login on mobile to be sure may password is correct few times. The ticket I raised answered in two days so wait for them to tell you what may be the reason. What about the Docker can you install the default addon you or search or new addons that may tell you if it link to really password is the issue. For me Docker install will not work comes with download failed.

Docker works fine for me. I logged in to the account there. I sent feedback with the log, we’ll see what we find out.
