Dual R3 Lite keeps asking for calibration

Hello,

I use a Dual R3 Lite to control my mechanical ventilation unit.
As far as I know the Dual R3 Lite does not support calibration.
But when I open the switch in the app it keeps asking to be calibrated.
The switch is on the lates firmware 1.6.1

Any ideas ?

Hi there! Yes, The Dual R3 Lite doesn’t have auto-calibration, but the app does offer a manual calibration option.Just to confirm: does the calibration prompt keep popping up even after you’ve closed it？or only when you adjust the percentage? Sharing your device ID would also help us check the device status. Thanks!

It keeps popping up even after I closed it. Been like this for a year I think.

Have you tried doing the manual calibration in the app?
If yes, does the pop-up keep appearing afterward?

Hi,

I use the switch as a three-way switch to control my mechanical ventilation unit.
So I need Off, position 1 (open) and Position 2 (close).

How do I do the manual calibration ? I started it in the app but I need to push on the switch itself ?
