Custom Screen

I have a SONOFF NSPanel Pro. I have created a custom screen with 3 SNZB-02D Temperature devices added, and this has been working for sometime. I have recently purchased another SNZB-02D, added into the ewelink app. When I go to the edit screen of the NSPanel it says these devices are not supported, yet the original 3 devices are still working.
How can I add the new device?

Hi, could you please record a video of the situation you encountered? After recording the video, promptly submit the logs in the app（Profile → Feedback & Help → Feedback → Submit）, and then send me the eWeLink account you used separately.

Hi, and thank you for the reply. I have followed your instruction, putting the issue on the ‘help and feedback’. I don’t have a video, but I have screenshots. But I was only allowed to submit 2 screenshots. Please see attached the 3rd screenshot.

Thank you for your feedback. I have received all the information you provided. I have also verified this issue and found the cause — it was introduced by a recent change in the app (because the device is under another bridge, which also prevents the sub‑devices under that bridge from being synced). I have reported this issue and will try to have it fixed in the next app release (version v5.25.0).
