I try to download the consumption data by tapping the download button in the top right corner (see image) but there no evidence that anything ever gets downloaded. I looked for new files in my storage but see nothing.
Do I have to have consumption data for certain minimum period of time?
I started a realtime consumption recording and of course I have some historical consumption (about 4 hours’ worth).
What am I doing wrong?

I went to Profile > Help & Feedback, but where do I then go from there? There are many options to choose from there, but none of them seems suitable to report this issue
