i have a problem with advnced plan.
i try to download logs to xls from my device but after this i get in my file only few records. ( from last 5 days.) but i want get more results for example for a month.
I see records on the web but i dont get it on my file.
is any solution for this?
Hello, I have the same problem with the door sensor, I reported it to eWeLink, but nothing for a few days. We probably have to wait until 18.2. (that’s what they wrote to me from Tenda) before the Chinese New Year ends
