CAM-PT2 sleep modus in HA, PTZ controls

Hi,

I’ve just bought a CAM-PT2 and integrated it into homeassistant. Some things are not working such as the PTZ control in the Advanced camera card, but even if less nice, I managed to add manual PTZ controls according to the Sonoff tutorial, however I would like to add a button in HA to send the camera to sleep (which can be done via the ewelink app), but I did not find a possibility to do it via HA. Can I use the PTZ controls natively on my NSP panel pro as well?

thanks

@Milk can you check on this? Even though this might not be your direct business you might be able to indicate the right colleague.

thx

The NSPanel Pro currently supports RTSP streaming but does not yet support ONVIF. However, you can use the ONVIF method to control PTZ in Home Assistant. You can refer to these detailed steps for guidance.

@Milk i added the camera to my HA, this is working, however could you please so kind and answer also my other question: I would like to add a button in HA to send the camera to sleep (which can be done via the ewelink app).

thanks

Sorry, I missed that. This feature is not available in Home Assistant — it’s a specific feature developed in the eWeLink app.

@Milk: are you planning to make that available via HA too? that would be important to make full use of your camera without having to use 2 apps.

thanks
