It didn’t work there either. The customer threw the Sonoff in the trash and bought a stupid thermostat where it works as it should. I won’t install the panels until they fix the errors, others have this problem too

Additionally, this is an issue with the app itself, not the NSPanel Pro’s thermostat.
Please submit logs through the eWeLink app, not via the thermostat. I’ve recorded an instructional video (recommend reproducing the issue once more before submitting feedback).

After confirming with my colleague, we found that on October 28th, our service received an excessive volume of messages, which caused the operation to be unresponsive. Since the 29th, we have optimized our servers, and the likelihood of this issue recurring should be significantly reduced. Has your problem been resolved since then?
