How long are you waiting when you turn it on?
It didn’t work for me either until I realised you can’t just off/on. It needs to get a way into the boot. From memory it was until the Sonoff sign appears and spins. Something like that. Point is I thought it didn’t work and wondered why it didn’t when it seemed to for everyone else.
