How about my Sonoff 5v/12-32V wi-fi switch (ID sent via ticket) was off-line for several hours yesterday, then came back on-line by itself, BUT when I want to update firmware the app says “Device Offline”. It is not offline though as the switch works, so there must be a sync problem still on your servers. Will you fix this please?
Hi, maybe you can try the following steps to let your Sonoff 5v/12-32V wi-fi switch online:
- Power off the device which is the action or trigger in scene.
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- Connect the device to power again and wait for the device to boot up and reconnect to the network.

Sorry, I have tried everything with my DW2-WiFi sensors and they are still all offline! (Firmware 1000.2.925).
They have been working without any issues since I bought them, i.e. since months, then suddenly they went disconnected from your servers, stayed like this for some days, then they got back online again and worked for 2 days, after which they suddenly went disconnected again and are so since 2 days already!
This is clearly some issues with your servers. Could you please correct this misbehavior quickly?
(I think the problems started when you guys made available firmware 3.7.3 for a lot of Sonoff devices and “the world” started trying to update all devices, almost simultaneously!)

A mi me pasó lo mismo el 26 de febrero con los 3 sonoff instalados en hogares diferentes, estuvieron fuera de línea alrededor de 24h. Menos mal que y han vuelto a funcionar. Cada vez mas descontento con Sonoff, con lo bien que llevaba todo el ultimo año.

I can see the problem seems to be solved, but I still do have the problem with 6 devices not able to send status to the server. I deleted device 100150be24 from the app and added it again, removed batteries and restarted AP in network.
What else can I do?

Unfortunately I was not able to solve the problem yet. eWeLink support told me to send an E-Mail to SONOFF, and SONOFF is asking standard questions about WiFi settings. No help until today

Since a few days ago I’m having the same problem with DW2 Wifi… they cannot conect to the network…
Already deleted them, rebboted, added again but they are always offline…
Hello my Sunoff DW2 is now offline. It is not pairing with my Wifi as well. It is ID: 1001399a25. Please need a help.

My DW2 are all offline could you reset the one with the ID 1000fd5546, so I can check if this works?

Mine went offline a few months ago and already tried everything but nothing works.

All DW2 sensors are offline. From installation date they have multiple disconnections (good wifi signal & recommended updates) and the last 3 months are offline. Please fix them. there is a security risk of our properties .

Another behavior of Sonoff devices towards WiFi was incompatibility with some routers. In the case of OpenWRT, I must always have this option enabled

Legacy or badly behaving devices may require legacy 802.11b rates to interoperate. Airtime efficiency may be significantly reduced where these are used. It is recommended to not allow 802.11b rates where possible.

DW2 also probably needs communication TCP 443, 80, 8080, so if someone blocks this outgoing traffic, on the firewall…
According to the logs, my dw2 performed 4 events on November 13, 2023…
Another notorious problem is incorrect indication of the battery level. After inserting new fully charged ones, it shows a low battery level after 1-2 days and will still work for 2-3 months.
