Together with my spouse we have a very small allotment. I have set up my Zigbee pro hub to give both notice and sound in away mode when movement is registered with the motion sensor. That works perfect. The problem is that although my spouse, who I have shared the home with, is able to turn off the sound, but she is not able to disarm the hub, since it can only be done by me, the owner. Is there any way we can work around this so she would be able to disarm (and later arm) the away mode
I think it’s a quite reasonable feature should be supported, i have forward it to dev-team.
Loop in @Daniel_Zhan from SONOFF team.
Thanks for your feature request. We are working on the new firmware update which includes the feature that allows the family members you shared to manage the security mode.
I recommend using an SNZB-01P to activate and deactivate the security mode, so your family members can manage it as well.
Is it a workaround for you?
Hi Daniel
Thanks for your answer. Although I don’t have the mentioned Zigbee switch I should be able to get one (or the older Zigbee switch). As I’m relatively new to the Zigbee pro (recently changed from the old Zigbee hub), I wasn’t aware that you could disarm the Zigbee pro hub from within a scene. Pretty sure that this will be a workaround/solution to our little problem
