Zigbee pro cant be used for other member of the house

hi guys, i have a zegbee pro with a few windows sensor configured in my home also i have a lot of t3 and t2.
i shared this home with mi girlfriend she can control the t2 and the t3, but she cant star/stop the security mode of the zegbee ( she only can see the status of the alarm ) i. use android and she have an ipphone. she is a member of this house but she cant control the zegbee

what could be the problem?

I think it is just not supported

so , you say the “alarm” can be handled only for 1 user? this make no sense…

there is any way to trigger the star/stop with scenes or something like this ?
