ZBRIDGE-U Bug?

ZBBridge-U Bug?

My Net:
1 ZBBridge-U
1 ZBMicro
9 TRVZB
6 SNZB-02D
1 SNZB-02P

I have assigned a different name and room to every single device.
So for example:
SNZB-02D Salone
TRZVB Salone
SNZB-02D Studio
TRZVB Studio
and so on.
Almost every SNZB-02D has a linked TRZVB.

This is the bug I found:
Every day or so some device name reset to default by itself, so no more “SNZB-02D Salone” but simply “SNZB-02D”, no more ”TRZVB Studio” but just ‘TRVZB”
This problem never happened with ZBBridge-P I had been using before. Moreover ZBBridge-P was even more reactive executing commands!
Please EweLink solve this bug, thank you.

Bonjour,
C’était la même chose pour moi pour corriger le problème. Je me suis connecté directement au hub via son numéro IP. Et j’ai enregistré les noms de mes instruments ici
Depuis plus de changement.
Bonne journée
Hello,
It was the same for me to fix the problem. I connected directly to the hub via its IP number. And I saved my instrument names there.
No changes since.
Have a nice day.

Thank you, I’ll try you workaround!

Do you need an advanced plan to do that?

Nevertheless this is a basic bug to solve. We are talking about a premium bridge that shouldn’t have similar bugs at this stage of development.

I have the advance plan. I don’t know if you can do it without…

The same thing happened to me after a power cut.

It only resets the name in my case on SNZB-02P devices updated to 2.2.0. All SNZB-02P devices with version 2.1.0 do not change their name.

It must be a bug in the latest ZBBRIDGE-U update or in version 2.2.0 of the SNZB-02P.

I hope they fix it, as I have more than 12 SNZB-02P devices.

We will fix the sub-device naming issue in the ZBBridge-U next update.
Regarding the slow response, could you please submit feedback via the eWeLink app so we can further investigate?

I’m having the same problem with my ZBrigde-U device. Additionally, some of my relays and sensors are being deleted, and I have to re-register them. Thermostatic valves frequently lose their connections.

We plan to release the new version in November to fix the sub-device naming issue.

In addition, you can submit feedback on the issues you mentioned in the eWeLink app so that we can identify the cause.
