- Please provide the firmware version you are trying to update to, as well as the specific device model and device ID.
- Could you please provide a screenshot?
Additionally, please submit the logs via the app. When submitting, be sure to check the “Upload logs” option so that our technical team can further investigate the issue using the system logs.

At least for a while, until the situation stabilizes.
