For me, if I see no readings, it usually means the sensor isn’t connected to the ZigBee bridge and isn’t transmitting data, which doesn’t reach the cloud.
Or the sensor is connected to the ZigBee bridge but for some reason doesn’t have access to the cloud.
Make sure the sensor is actually connected and reporting data.
