I use NSPanel Pro to control Sonoff TRVZB valves. However, when trying to control groups of trvzb devices, the panel us unable to read the temperature settings, it’s displayed as “0°”. When I change the setting to, lets say 23°, I hear the valves working, so comm is good, however, when exiting the group from the panel and go back in again, it’s reads “0°” again.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I’ve conducted a test and confirmed that the issue does exist. However, the display shows “–℃” instead of “0℃”. Could you please provide a screenshot of your device’s display? This will help us confirm that the issue we’re fixing is the same one you’re experiencing. Thank you again for your cooperation.
Understood. We are currently working on a solution and expect to fix this issue in version 4.1.1. I will keep you updated promptly as soon as I have a more specific timeline.
Yes, this issue does exist after the upgrade. We have redesigned a new solution for optimization, which is expected to be fixed in v4.2.0 (December 8). Thank you for your feedback. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
Just to be clear; I don’t expect to be able to read the temperature of a group, but it would be nice to be able to read the temp setting, to be consistent with eWeLink app
