Timer as a feature in scenes options

Trigger using time between a device is on or off would be useful to me.

1. If light keeps on by 10 minutes and gate is closed, then turn off lights.

2. If pump keeps on by 30 minutes, then turn off pump

3. If pool was turned off 48h ago, turn on pool, wait 1h and turn off pool.
