I don’t know why it doesn’t work. When they can do anything. I’ve been thinking about programming the thermostat into the iHost, I just don’t want to do it through node.red and I’m not sure if they have an open system or if I knew how to do it.
I programmed this application completely myself and it allows paralyzed people to control the computer. Such a thermostat must be made immediately when they already have the foundation.

You’re doing a great job, I respect you very much. I’m completely disappointed that Ihost doesn’t have thermostat functionality like Ewelink. Creating a convector heating system using scripts is practically impossible. I’m really tired of this; I’ve written over 60 scripts. My brain is so tired…
I understand that, I bought NSpanel pro because I wanted to control the heating. But it can’t be controlled because I have multiple zone heating. In the end, it’s controlled by iHost and it’s impractical.
Rewrite scenes every time you change. They’re currently preparing a new thermostat for nspanel where they’ve incorporated our comments. In my opinion, iHost is on the sidelines.
And for me, it’s an absolutely necessary thing since I’m in the village. And the internet often doesn’t work as it should.
I’m in a similar situation. I need to control the heating in my country house. The power sometimes goes out, and the internet can be down for short periods. I’m not happy with the default app; it’s cloud-based, and I need local control. Following the advice of people on the SonOff Telegram channel, I bought a mini-computer, installed CUBEOs, and then the problems started. Yes, everything works. I can turn any device on or off. BUT THE RELAY WITH THERMODA SENSORS doesn’t have the auto-mode functionality. That’s the only thing that bothers me right now. Everything else works reliably and isn’t tied to the internet anymore!

After purchasing and spending a lot of time setting up a server with CUBEOS, I ended up with local control functionality without internet access, but completely limited functionality in terms of operating algorithms! It’s terrible.
I’m missing the virtual thermostat and I need 10 of them.

It is reportedly in the works, but it is unknown when it will be released for Cube OS. I also heat my house like you. Adjusting the temperature means adjusting the scene, and it is quite inconvenient.
