The calm before the storm?

June 1 is World Children’s Day.
Maybe Sonoff will give us a gift and refund the money for IHOST.
Anyone who buys ihost is like a child. He was deceived by advertisements and promises.

Here is the eWeLink weather forecast.

There will be no storms in May. There may be some minor precipitation in June, but mainly there will be forum winds. As for July and August, nothing can be forecast for now, as it is impossible to predict the future. The I Ching, on the other hand, does not prejudge and recommends caution.

Behold the strength of the May storm:

Hang on, hang on… Let me check on the tracking of my Pi 5 :heart_eyes_cat:
On time to kick the Sonoff off da house. :smiling_imp:

is it possible to enroll to beta updates ? i got an umbrella if its a storm :joy:

As always, we will all be beta testers. :slightly_smiling_face:

and if such tests are conducted before the update is released, then I am also willing to test.

Tactical silence has now followed. Something doesn’t quite work out at eWeLink. Nothing more is forecast, with a particular focus on storms. Apparently, calling up storms somehow fails.

It seems that everything is very calm. I don’t see any eWelink guy in any post…

They’re having an away brainstorming session.

They are thinking about how to get rid of dissatisfied IHOST users

Don’t count me; I took care of myself after the May ‘phantom’ firmware debacle. I’m still here mainly for the laughs and giggles with some venerable forum members. Oh, and I want to see the June nothingburger as well. :yum:
There is going to be some exquisite gloating.

失败不是跌倒,而是拒绝爬起来
When companies treat firmware updates like a forgotten New Year’s resolution, they might find their customers treating loyalty like a fad diet that is quick to try but even quicker to abandon. It’s like promising a superhero sequel and delivering a silent film instead. Any anticipation fizzles out faster than a soda left open. To keep the fizz in the customer relationship, companies should remember that transparency and timely updates are the popcorn and immersive sound of the tech world. They’re essential for the full experience.

It looks like @ward [Staff of eWeLink] is back and foretelling the future again :sunglasses:

They just wrote in another post that it was just a joke. Good marketing campaign taking joke of the customers…

Are the back from the festival? I see 0 device(s) available for upgrade, with 0 device(s) selected, so there’s no storming or anything even remotely similar.

The picture shows the eWeLink/Sonoff combined team starting celebrating Dragon Boat Festival holiday.

There was supposed to be an ihost update in June, but so far no news. Only nspanel pro reported updates to v3.2.0 today and the ewelink android app v5.7.0. Only cosmetic changes. Basic problems not solved.

In NSPANEL PRO v3.2.0:

  1. improved brightness adjustment,
  2. added a non-standard alarm ringtone.
