Sonoff POW R2 - OPS - Reaction time

Hi,
I have a question regarding POW R2 OPS reaction time.

Suppose, high/low voltage condition has trigged. So to sense and react to this condition, how much time Sonoff device will take to detect and react (detection and reaction time)?

1 second or low?

If voltage/current/power triggers the OPS setting, the device will cut off the electricity within 1s.
