Does anyone know a soil moisture and temperature sensor that works good with Sonoff zigbee gateway (ZBBridge, ZBBridge Pro)?
Maybe something from Aliexpress. They sell such sensors for Tuya, but maybe someone uses them for Ewelink?

For temperature, the SNZB-02LD will be suitable, but humidity would have to be measured separately.

Tested on ZB Bridge Pro and compatible eWeLink gateway.
I need soil moisture value. Maybe humidity is air humidity here. But your sensor is better anyway, it shows 2 parameters, and mine only shows one.
I think it really is about the soil moisture. Before I put it in the soil, it showed 0, then when I watered it, it rose to 45 and after the rain it slowly drops from 95%.
I’m using the same sensor, but it shown values that does not correspond to reality. I water the flower and the sensor shows 20%.
