I want to download my data from Thr316 and both app and web have the same message (server error).
In app try to download a file with name History but it is only 3byte (corrupted).
Any idea please?

Yes still the same. If I download 20 times history data file, only one will be readable.

The problem is on Thr316.
I have 2 of them and they have the same problem.
