Would it be possible to add the option when creating a scene for the scene to initiate during a certain time of the day i.e. 06:00 - 17:00 for the device(light) turn off should it be on due to the electricity being restored after an outage.
Currently there is only the option for an exact moment i.e. 06:00

We understand that you would like to have the ability to specify a time range for the scene to activate, such as from 06:00 to 17:00, in case a device (light) is turned on due to power being restored after an outage. Currently, we do have a feature that allows you to select the time period for the scene to be effective when using a smart device as a trigger. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Hi @StephenJ I cant select the device for the “If” and “Then” this is rather important as I am trying to have the scene read the device’s status during a selected period and during the 2 specific periods it sound be on/off.
Ie. If
kitchen light is on
Then
Turn kitchen light off
Effective period 21:00 - 06:00
Hi there, currently not all devices can be set as trigger and action in one scene. Instead, I would like to suggest you set another device as the trigger and set the kitchen light as action.
For example,
If
Room A OFF
Then
kitchen light OFF
Effective period 21:00-6:00
