S-Mate2 and R5 remote devices without wifi devices Only Zigbee devices, or implement ewelink remote in the ZBBridge-U

Hi I am removing all the wifi devices and changing to zigbee but I find that I will not be able to use the R5 and neither the S-Mate 2 because when the zigbee Mini-RBS version of the shutter is released and I remove the SONOFF DUAL R3 or the SONOFF MINIR4M where I have connected the two remotes.

I won’t be able to use them anymore.

Would it be possible to connect them to the SONOFF ZB Bridge-U in the future or to a ZBMINIR2 with an upgrade?

I don’t know which uses the S-Mate2 or the R5 I think it uses BT connection.

What is the solution if they are all zigbee with the S-Mate2 and R5 remote?

Thank you.
Edit: would it be possible to implement ewelink remote in the ZBBridge-U?
This would solve my problem, I could link to the Hub and thus eliminate all wifi devices and only have zigbee.

Hi, the latest version of ZBBridge-U (V1.3.0) now supports adding eWeLink-Remote sub-devices. Here’s how it works: first, add your R5 by the ZBBridge-U in the eWeLink app. Then you can set up smart scenes, using the R5 as a trigger to control your Zigbee devices. It’s convenient!

How do I add it?

There is no option to add ewelink remote devices or is the add zigbee option used?

When I add an a-mate2, the option appears under compatible devices as add sub-devices.

There is no such option here.

Thank you.

Hi there! :slightly_smiling_face: Have you updated both your ZBBridge-U and the app to the latest version? That option only appears after both are updated.

Just to add, the latest versions needed are eWeLink app V5.19.0 and ZBBridge-U V1.3.0.

The ZBBRIDGE is up to date but on iOS the latest version is 5.18 and there is no new version available today.

Is there a problem?

Is it sent to apple?

Hello! The Android version is already available, and the iOS version is expected by the end of this month. Thanks for your patience.
