Remote Access of iHost and Network using tailscale

Can I use Ihost the same way as the NAS in the video (see below) to access any devices in the my network that cannot be installed tailscale?

I think it should work, but be careful of Tailscale’s Exit Node settings. It may break your LAN and you won’t be able to access iHost with a severe network issue.
