If you want, I can make a video with audio so you can see and hear the problem.
Hello, thank you very much for your willingness to record a video! Our technical team has not yet been able to reproduce the issue you described, and your actual operation video will help us understand the complete process more intuitively, including the steps you take, device responses, and audio details—all of which are very helpful for identifying the root cause of the problem.

Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to record and send the operation video! Our technical team will analyze it together with the logs you previously provided. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation!
Hello, thank you for your patience. Our technical team has analyzed the logs you submitted and identified the root cause of the issue:
When there are a large number of sub-devices connected to the system and the “Arming Delay” feature is enabled, during the process of switching to or activating another security mode, the delay timer from the previous arming session is not properly cleared. This causes the timer to continue running in the background, resulting in the gateway emitting a persistent beeping sound.
We expect to fix this issue in the new firmware release scheduled for early September. In the meantime, we recommend that you temporarily disable the “Arming Delay” function, which should effectively reduce or eliminate the continuous beeping.
Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
