Problem with personal scenario

Hello everyone,

I have 3 TRVZB valves connected to an NS Panel Pro. I created some scenes to set a specific temperature and mode on the valves when I leave or enter the house.

I noticed that when I switch from automatic mode to manual mode via a scene, the valves do change mode, but the set temperature is not applied. I also noticed that if the valves were previously set to manual mode with a different temperature, they overwrite the value set by the scene, as you can see in the video I recorded.

Could this be a bug?

Although I have TRVZB they are connected locally to an iHost so I can’t replicate this, but, as a bodge, have you tried adding a delay to the scene and then setting the TRV temperature?

The scene correctly sets the mode. If the TRVZB is set to Auto and the scene is triggered, it correctly switches to Manualmode.
However, I noticed that the physical valve does not update the temperature value set by the scene.

What seems to happen is that the scene briefly updates the temperature correctly in the eWeLink app, but right after that it gets overwritten by the temperature value physically set on the TRVZB while in Manual mode.

Here is the test scenario in more detail:

  1. The TRVZB is physically set to Auto mode with the temperature set to 15°C.

  2. Set physically to Auto mode with the temperature set to 19°C.

  3. Using the eWeLink app or the NSPanel, I trigger a scene that sets the TRVZB to Manual mode with a target temperature of 18°C.

  4. In the eWeLink app, I can confirm that the device switches to Manual mode and initially shows the temperature set by the scene (18°C), but almost immediately the displayed value changes back to the temperature physically set on the valve (15°C).

  5. Physically, the TRVZB does switch to Manual mode, but it does not receive or keep the target temperature set by the scene.
