Powr320d not accessible from outside the local wifi

Hi, is been 2 days that my powr320d is offline when i open the app with 4g connection but is working correctly in wifi.
So the powr320d is correctly connected to the router but inaccessible from outside the local wifi network
Any suggestion?

I can confirm that is a ewelink software problem because the energy value is constantly updated but the device is marked as offline
