POWR320D doesn't send info about state changes, when turn on/off over WebHook

I turn on/off my POWR320D with WebHook and I want to receive information about state changes with WebHook, but now I receive the silence in result.

When the device is switched on/off manually over ewelink web, or button on device is pressed manually, the information about state changes is received properly.
