Hi! I’ve recently been experiencing issues with my SONOFF POWR320D energy meter. I use this device to measure the power generation of my photovoltaic system, and I’ve noticed that the system shuts down automatically due to “safety” or “protection” reasons. Upon checking the app, I saw that the default maximum power is set to 2540W and you can’t edit this value beyond 2540W. This is a problem because when the photovoltaic generation exceeds this value, the POWR320D shuts down and stops producing electricity. This wasn’t the case before, and it was working perfectly for almost 2 years now. I would like to know if you are working on a solution. Considering that the device can handle 20 amps and 4600W of power, I don’t understand why the limit is set to 2540W. Thank you!!
