NSPanel Pro as a Router

Hi All,

I have recently got a zigbee gateway and changed my NSPanel from a hub to a router. I can’t seem to get the the two to see eachother though. I have a ‘Bind to Gateway’ option on the NSPanel which I can click and start pairing but with the gateway in pairing mode, it just times out. I do have a thermostat in the same area as the NSPanel which is communicating.

My gateway is an SMZB-07. Any ideas?

A google suggests that the SMZB-07 is a Zigbee USB stick? If correct what software is running the USB stick?

It’s ok I solved it by generating a token on the NSPanel first b it wasn’t clear but I tried it anyway and it did the trick.
