NS Panel - Touch animation for a Scene

Would it be possible to include an animation or ‘sign’ of sorts for when you select a scene (widget) on a NS Panel (4x2) so you know you’ve pressed it. Like a normal switch widget gets the blue surround…maybe the scene could temporarily have a red or blue surround… Would be nice. Thank you.
