Notification by email and push

Hello.
Can notification be sent by email in the advanced plan?
Can push notification be sent to a shared device?

Email notification is possible, but beware, there is a limit of 1000 emails, maybe for a year :frowning: That is very little.

I have 2 other homes shared as a member (more is also not possible, there is only one admin) and I receive push messages from devices from one home (only from devices, notifications from scenes also nothing), but nothing at all from the other home. If I had only a certain device shared and not the whole home, nothing came either.

So this is very strange, sometime between July and October 20th, when I received the last email, I got to 1000 emails and since then not a single one has come.

great choice. I also use WhatsApp using CallMeBot API

Hey, we found you have reached the limit in the current period. The credit should be recovered on next Wednesday.

Please recheck what scenes are frequently triggered and reduce the threshold of the conditions. Or you can use IFTTT to bind with other email services, bypassing the limit.

So what is meant by

1,000 emails/36.5 days

A) 1000 emails for 36.5 days (why exactly 36.5 days)
or rather in my case for
B) 1000 emails and then 36.5 days without emails (by the way, I reached 1000 emails from July 30, 2024 to October 20, 2024 - in 82 days - i.e. approx. 12 emails per day, but every day is different, it’s just an average). Emails started again from November 26, 2024 - so really after about 36.5 days)
So what about emails with the Advanced plan.

That’s a feature included in Advanced Plan as it consumes extra cloud resource.

And as for the limits, they are just limits, ten cycles would make up a year.
