I’ll try to do…
So it’s not just these devices but all your multi-channel devices are problematic?
Including devices from smart-home add-on and Zigbee?
That’s odd…
Yes. Almost all multichannel…
Started after updating node-red to 3.1.3
Before this, after the last update of node-red-contrib-ewelink-cube, everything worked fine…
We need the complete log of your node-red add-on and system.
Combine both of them so we can pinpoint what’s wrong.
From what we reproduce.
With same configuration and node-red version.
Only dualr3 might encounter control failiure due to timeout.
Other multi-channel devices, from smart-home add-on or Zigbee, works just fine.
I have included a flow for testing and a node-red journal.

Still not your full log.
We need system log which from here:
And node-red log from here:
If your device from smart-home, then with smart-home log will be more helpful.
I already wrote that I have Node-Red on another computer, because… There is a concern that iHost is not yet stable. Yes, and it failed a couple of times…
Attached is the magazine from iHost…

OK. We’ll see what we can do.
In the last message I included flow. Test on/off when simultaneously turning on a multi-channel zigbee device…
Looking into it now.
From the system log, you turn it off in 2023-11-14 and turn it on in 2024-01-26.
So we don’t have any log or infomation between the time range.
Can you turn on the system log and reproduce the problem?
Then post it here or send it to me.
Yes. I’ll do…

From the log, control fail might due to device itself.
The zigbee signal of the device is too weak.
We’ll try to fix it in the next version of iHost.
Next version is will be released by the end of the month.
Try to add the device again after the upgrade is done.
Hello.
According to the zigbee card in iHost, the signal level is 255. The iHost device itself is located no more than half a meter.
I’ll wait for the update.
And another question. Will there be added functionality and equipment? Such as SPM, POWR3, NSPanel pro (as a doorbell :-)), etc…
It’s not a Sonoff or EweLink device.
Therefore it’s not well adapted.
We‘ll try to optimize it.
We are adding devices step by step.
Your requests are noted and will be added to the device list.
This device runs under ewelink, and before iHost it worked under both Sonoff Bridge and NSPanel Pro.
What about DualR3, 4CH and 4CH Pro?
Hope it works soon!
Thank you in advance!
Hello.
Here’s another magazine.
Look at the devices:
b24878e9-186f-4c96-ad0a-8f51195b086d - Sonoff TX Ultimate
86ccafc2-3f88-4b1f-814c-6d76c4fa82f8 - Sonoff NSPanel
9d785218-7146-41c6-b95c-e53554949b25 - Sonoff Dualr3
They have the same problem…

From our test, dualR3 will fail sometime due to device won’t respond.
But other multi-channel devices like 4CH is working without any problem.
We’ll take a look at your new log.
