Based on your screenshot, it seems like you are an iPhone user.
As far as i know, NFC feature is only for android devices.

Hi there, thank you for the suggestion. Currently, the OS doesn’t allow the third platforms to wake up the NFC scenes without opening app. We will improve if it’s allowed in the future.
