MQTT broker setup hints

Hello community!
I try to setup mosquitto mqtt broker in my ihost. But no luck so far. It kinda run in basic setting, but I need to be able to configure it. No luck in using filebrowser to access/save config files (actually any broker files). Previously in post Can you share a bit more into Web API to MQTT - #7 by MichaelLearnsToCode Cube developer mentioned, that having option to run dokker with env setting help here. Have anyone tried that? Maybe can share working configuration? Thank you in advance.
