but i need to make it when someone ring the bell to get notify

Do you mean to do it with eWeLink? Judging by the wiring, it is a digital system. That in itself is a challenge. The open button is easy, as it’s just a matter of shorting the contacts. I don’t think your intentions are easy to implement, especially with eWeLink. I’ve considered a similar solution myself and after looking at a number of options I haven’t found anything that makes sense. Mainly because the notifications are implemented at the controller level and each manufacturer offers its proprietary and paid solutions. On the client side it would require an unworthy effort to expand with signal decoding circuits. However, it all depends on your determination
