iHost reports S40TPB reports not supported at this time

I installed 3 S40TPB updated the Firmware and 2 works fine in iHost and the 3rd one reports as not supported at this time.
Model :S40TPB reports not supported updated Firmware version :1.4.1.

anybody got any ideas
I submitted a support ticket and am waiting for a reply.
