Does NSPanel Pro show offline too? Ever tried rebooting it?

I have the same problem. The worst thing is that I canā€™t delete those devices anymore!

I assume you have removed iHost the matter bridge from eWeLink and bridged devices didnā€™t remove along with it?

Rebooting the NSPro generally solves this issue.

If it happens a lot, there might be some issues between NSPro and your Wi-Fi AP.

Yes, they remain in the app and are impossible to delete. Another problem is that devices are added back to ewelink that were synced to ihost.

Could you please tell us what steps you took before this happened?

And please DM me the device ID of these devices, we will help to remove them.

I scanned the QR code with the ewelink app in ihost matter bridge. All zigbee devices have been successfully added to ewelink, but all synchronized devices have also been added. All added devices were offline in ewelink. After several attempts I gave up and deleted ihost in the ewelink application. Only zigbee devices were deleted, while only those synchronized via ihost remained offline. I canā€™t delete them at all.
It would be a good idea to turn off the possibility of synchronized devices returning to ewelink!

Hello everybody,
I got the same issue today. Unfortunately I have done my test before to see this post.
For me I have synchronized ihost devices by matter to ewelink app by enabling matter server on ihost cast. And do the pairing via Google home.
Some of devices work well but some of them was offlines. Then when closing the cast app all matter devices becomes offlines on ewelink app.
It was just a test and needed that. And when want to remove devices i see the issue :sweat_smile: !
If you please can also help me to remove matter devices on ewelink will be appreciated.
