How to create scene for two temperature sensors and switch

Hello,
I have two temperature sensors (SNZB-02P inside in garage and outside from garage) and one smart plug.
How to create a scene: If the outside temperature is higher than the inside temperature (for example 5 degrees Celsius and above), set the smart plug to on. If the outside temperature is the same or lower than the inside temperature, set the plug to off.

(I hawe only eWeLink app)
