How can I turn off the sound off start/reboot on NSPanel PRO?

Hi,

I have had an NSPanel Pro for almost 3 years and since I installed it I have been bothered by the sound that is heard when starting or restarting, an extremely annoying sound and at a very high sound level.
I tried to disable it but I couldn’t.
Does anyone know if there is any possibility to disable this extremely annoying and from my point of view totally useless sound?

I apologize for this issue. May I ask what version your NSPanel Pro is running? This feature has been available since version 4.3.0, allowing users to customize whether to enable sound effects.

Since version 4.3.0 is currently in the beta testing phase, if your device hasn’t received the 4.3.0 update yet, you can use the beta tool to apply for the experience:

Thanks! My devices is enroled now.

With the 4.3.0 update the problem related to the startup sound has been solved.
Unfortunately an older problem has reappeared related to the fact that if there is an alert triggered by a device associated with NSPanel Pro, the message (Triggered by NSPanel) remains displayed all the time, the display does not turn off. The “Auto-lock” function is set to 15 seconds.
This problem has also been solved here:

Is there a setting somewhere for this problem or will it have to be fixed again?

On my NSPanel Pro I have a ewelink remote subdevice. After update to 4.3 version the subdevice is not working whidout the NSPanel screen in on (active).

Is posible to delete my NSPanel Pro from the Beta Testing Program?

Thanks

Based on your description, this alarm usually indicates that a scene has been triggered or a security alarm has been activated.
Could you record a short video to demonstrate the specific issue you are currently facing? After recording the video, please promptly submit the logs from the NSPanel Pro,(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit) and then send your device ID to me separately.

As a result of enrolling in the beta test program of NSPanel PRO, the device became unusable for me, because it presented many problems, which is why I reset it to factory settings.
Unfortunately, this did not solve the situation either, because due to the fact that the device is enrolled in the beta test program, it downloaded and is waiting to install version 4.3.0. This practically cancels the possibility of installing stable versions subsequent to the current version of 4.1.5.
Therefore, NSPanel Pro should be removed from the beta test program and will probably need to be reset again to be able to use it in optimal conditions.
Please tell me how I can remove my device from the beta test program. I sent the NSPanel PRO ID and the log.
Thank you.

Hi, I have removed your device from the beta testing program. After removal, it will no longer receive beta version updates. If your device has already received and installed a version higher than 4.1.5, you can try resetting the device. After resetting, the device will also not install beta versions.
