Hi, I use Ewelink connected to Smartthings and now I’m having a problem with the virtual switches. I created a virtual switch that appears offline in Smartthings. I’ve tried several times restarting the Smartthings hub, but nothing has worked. The strange thing is that the virtual switches previously created on Ewelink work properly and appear correctly and online in Smartthings. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.
If your eWeLink advanced plan expires, the virtual switch will go offline.
Thanks for your reply! But as I wrote, I have some switches created in the past that are working perfectly, and the newly created one is offline. If it were due to the expired plan, they would all be offline. Unfortunately, the problem only occurs on the one created recently.
Can you submit a feedback in eWeLink App? Customer service staff will help you follow up on this issue.
