Hi All
When viewing videos in the playback section my time line vs where the actual video is are not in sync. Example. Event is showing at 20:00. For me to view the event I have to drag the time line to 19:40, roughly 20min earlier.
The video time on the watermark is correct and the event is showing at the correct time in the timeline. It seems that it only affects the drafting to view the video.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 te.
Anyone else experiencing this. How can I fix it.
I confirm I have the same problem, the timeline also can’t be zoomed in and I can’t hit short events
That’s great. I do not have a different phone to test on. Wondering if iOS has same problem
I installed ewelink on a Samsung tablet and can confirm on the tablet it works as expected. Looks like it is a problem on phones. @spoustaml what phone do you have
I have the same problem with Samsung S25FE

BP1 Camera playback and different phones
Hi,
I have 3 x BP1 Cameras. On my POCO M7 phone the playback is 20 mins (or there abouts) early on the timeline for events with no marker.
The yellow mark stating an event has occurred should be where the video plays back, but its out by roughly 20 minutes and the video is jittery.
You have to go “searching” for the playback point.
On my Samsung A505FN phone the video is on time and perfect. Smooth, and you can go back over many days and its correct.
Does any one know if there is any settings on the POCO M7 that will fix this? I have read else where other users have the same problem.
Is it a specific Android problem?
Any help much appreciated.
